13 Little Pictures is a Singapore based production company dedicated to ambitious,
auteur driven cinema. Founded in 2010 by filmmakers Lei Yuan Bin, Yeo Siew Hua, Daniel Hui, Liao Jiekai and Sherman Ong, the collective represents one of Singapore's most internationally engaged independent cinema movements, known for its collaborative approach and commitment to artistic vision.

Nord-Ouest brought together three producers : Christophe Rossignon (who previously produced the first three feature films by Mathieu Kassovitz and Tran Anh Hung for Lazennec Productions), Philip Boëffard and Pierre Guyard. Since its creation over 20 years ago, the company has produced or co-produced more than fifty feature films that have won numerous awards in France and abroad and have had notable successes in theaters.
